RATES & RESERVATION CONDITIONS

The rates and conditions indicated may be subject to increases or changes in certain periods.
Prices for board per person and day including service and VAT.

The local tax, which is due for stays from 01.05. until 30.09., is defined as Euro 2,35.- per person per day for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, provided they are made in the same structure; children up to 4 years are excluded.

Reduction for children with additional bed:

• Children up to 2 years (with or without cot): GRATIS
• from 2 to 5 years: 50%
• from 6 to 11 years: 30%
• from 12 years: 25%

IN JUNIOR SUITE – JS PLUS – JS POOL VIEW – JS POOL VIEW PLUS  – IN FAMILY SUITE – FS PANORAMIC – FS PANORAMIC PLUS – LIFE ROOM COMFORT PLUS

• Children up to 2 years (with or without cot): € 15,00
• from 2 to 5 years: 50%
• from 6 to 11 years: 30%
• from 12 years: 15%

PETS: Euro 15.- per day (food not included)

The room is available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Payment could be done with cash, via bank transfer and with debit or credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).

In case you leave earlier than expected, no-show, late arrival, or last-minute travel date changes, the entire amount of the hotel reservation will be charged.

CANCELLATION FEE
In order to guarantee the reservation, the guest is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the price of the entire stay. Any deposit will be retained or refunded due terms and conditions of  the cancellation policy.

• Until 7 days before arrival date: no cancellation fee
• From 6 to 1 day before arrival date: 50%
• No-Show: 100% of the entire amount will be charged

or with credit card via NEXI XPay platform*

*XPay by Nexi (Pay By Link) is a solution offered by Nexi that allows us to send you an email with a link, generated by a portal where a payment can be made by credit card in a secure e-commerce environment.

Prepaid non-refundable rate
Advance payment of the entire stay upon confirmation of booking.
In case of cancellation and/or modification the amount charged cannot be refunded.
The penalty is equal to 100% of the amount of the booked stay.

During the opening and closing period the hotel management reserves the right to book the reservation to one of our similar hotels with the same services and to the same price conditions.
